Meghan is the Director of Operations at Huntsville Executive Search. She handles the day-to-day operations, tracks sales/recruiter metrics, on-boards new employees, processes payroll and manages HES’s social media presence. Charles Eckman | Huntsville Executive Search

Charles Eckman

Charles M. Eckman brings over 32 years of all levels of business experience, specializing in new product development and innovative thinking. He graduated from Purdue University in 1980 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Previously, Charles was one of the primary principals in Encon (Energy Convertors, Inc.) an electric heating element manufacturing plant in Dallas, PA. Charles has numerous patents with the most successful being the “Polymeric Immersion Heating Element”. This development lead to Encon being acquired by the Watlow Company of St. Louis, which has since setup a whole new industry based on this technology.

His experience in P&L, product innovation/business development, operations, marketing, sales and customer relationship management within manufacturing/R&D startup and growth environments provides valuable knowledge and insights from which to build Huntsville Executive Search Inc. into a successful company. Unlimited potential was why I entered into the recruiting and staffing industry. Growth has and will be one of our top goals for the future.

I have spent the last 22 years involved in various recruiting roles. I have quantified experience with both sides of the recruitment process, agency placement and corporate recruitment. I co-founded HES/HTS in 2002, and have consistently grown revenues and increased market penetration since our inception.

Specialties: -My experience is in direct recruiting, sourcing, client development, and operations/process management. My niche focus and primary recruiting expertise is in the AEC industry, Large Civil Infrastructure recruitment (Water Wastewater, Transportation, Bridge, Light Rail, etc), MEP/FP, Construction, large commercial Real Estate Development and Architectural Engineering verticals.

Carson Hawke | Huntsville Search

Carson Hawke

Carson joined Huntsville Executive Search in May of 2004 fresh out of college as a Project Coordinator focused on identifying candidates for various engineering roles within the office. Since that time, his responsibilities have increased to include full cycle recruitment, business/client development as well as managing and mentoring junior staff. He specializes in the Architectural Engineering and Construction Industries (AEC) with a high level of focus in the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing/Fire Protection verticals. He has a unique understanding for identifying an individual’s true career ambition or desire to make a move and matching that up with an active client needs, ultimately putting both parties into a better situation.

In his spare time, you can find Carson spending time with his wife and two children, home improvement projects, or being involved in anything outdoors.

Heather Long | Huntsville Executive Search

Heather Long

Heather is a Team Leader with 13 years of significant recruiting experience with insurance agencies and wholesalers, on both the property & casualty and employee benefits sides. She is responsible for the ongoing development of client relationships within the insurance industry and for identifying, qualifying and securing candidates for positions in which her clients demand attention. Heather joined Huntsville Executive Search in 2006. She started as a Project Coordinator and in 2010 transitioned to leading her own team managing key elements of business development, candidate procurement and client services as well as training and mentoring new HES recruiters.
